1. What're the rules on apping from canons not out in English but with fan translations?
2. I see that OCs are allowed, but what about MMORPG OCs? One of my possible characters is my FF14 Warrior of Light.
...2.5 and related to the above, what's the time limit on spoilers? Like, is there a grace period before you can app from the most recent installment of a thing?
