1) Canons with only fan translations are fine to be apped from, but the journal must have a spoiler opt out post for players who prefer to wait until an official release before they tag the character.
2) MMORPG OCs are fine to app from too!
2.5) The most recent installment must be out for at least 3 months before it can be apped from.
