2) We don't have any strict limitations on a Ditto's ability to transform so you can go nuts. Of course, they wouldn't be able to properly impersonate a human because they won't be able to talk properly, but asides from that, anything is game. How good a Ditto is at transforming can be left up to the player's choice.
3) All breeding must be done at a daycare centre.
4) It just disappears! If someone visited the daycare ahead of time, they might be told about the automatic transfer but otherwise, there is no warning whatsoever. You'll just have to assume that your seventh Pokemon just disappeared forever :)
